Let Us Make Our Home Colorful…
Much time has passed since wall-paintings were made in the main hall of the orphanage. The building itself, which was built in the 60-s , has become outdated and scuffed. The colors have grown dingy and some of the paint has scaled off, creating a poor impression for residents and visitors.
70 boys and 62 girls between the ages of 7 and 18 live in the orphanage, and we decided to help renovate the hall.
9 girls who are the best pupils of the Tomsk School of Art and their teacher - Knyazeva Alevtina Pavlovna started painted the wall. The main subjects of the paintings are the sights of Tomsk, which have specific meanings before the celebration of the 400th anniversary of Tomsk. Now the hall looks really wonderful!
