8. AMENDMENTS

8.1 The additions or amendments in the Association's Charter can be brought in by any member. The final resolution must be approved by the Assembly (with the majority of 2/3 present).
The accepted amendments and additions are registered in the order and in terms stipulated by the current legislation, and get legal force from the moment of its registration.
