7. PROPERTY AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY
7.1. The Association's property and assets are formed of:
- Members' dues;
- Voluntary donations from Russian and foreign foundations and physical persons
(under money or in kind or services);
- Donations from public, state, municipal or commercial companies;
- Earnings from services under the commission of the Charter;
- Publishing and printed activity income;
- Revenue from entrepreneurial activity;
- Incoming from the civil-law bargains;
- Influx of foreign capital activities;
- Fundraising;
- Bank credits;
- Grant searching.
7.2. The Association can participate or initiate projects together with foreign institutions.
7.3. The Association can independently enter into contractual relations with companies and
organizations (of any structure), or individuals.
7.4. The Association's means are to be spent (except for the purposes stipulated in item 2.1,
2.2 Articles) for staff salary, business-trip expenses, and other activity stipulated by the
present Charter.
7.5. The Association's income can not be redistributed between its members and is used only for
authorised goals and tasks according to the Charter.
7.6. The Association meets commitments according to its own means and property under the
legislation of the Russian Federation.
The state does not carry out the responsibility under the Association's obligations.
7.7. The Association finances:
- socially significant programs and projects;
- the activities stipulated in the articles 2.1, 2.2 of the Charter.
