Meeting with Ms. Rebecca Susan Isenhower

According to the invitation of the Association, Ms. Rebecca Susan Isenhower visited Tomsk from
7th to 29th of July. She made a speech before some members of the Association about social security
in the United States of America and took a part in the seminar, called "Organization of Social Care
for Elderly and Disabled Persons in Nursing Homes". The seminar was organized by the Department of
Social Security for social workers from numerous districts in Tomsk Oblast on July the 16th.
In addition she visited the Shelter for the homeless persons "Strannik" and promised to help find financial
and humanitarian aid from American charity foundations.
