5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS
5.1. The members of the Association participate in its arrangements and events and
may grant their private money or material means, property, services or rendering an
assistance in any other form which has been not forbidden in the Russian legislation.
5.2. The members of the Association have the right:
- to participate in all Association bodies and events;
- to elect the Board and to be elected;
- to discuss any of the Association's activities and initiate improvements;
- to exploit property items, when due hereunder belonging or rented by Association;
- to have an access to information and technical resources.
Members of the Association are obliged:
- to observe the charter;
- to support Association financially or by rendering services;
- to elect and to be elected;
- to follow the Board decisions;
- to strengthen its authority.
5.3.The rights and duties may be adjusted by Association Assembly if they do not contradict
the Charter.
