4.MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION AND ITS STRUCTURE
4.1.The Association members are the citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens,
former participants of any American programs, subscribing the goals of the Association and
observing the requirements of its Charter. To be accepted the Association one must submit an
application to the Board.
4.2. Disfellowship occurs under the Board's decision in the following cases:
- If a member does not observe the Charter;
- If a member defaults on the Board's decisions;
- If a member breaks discipline and property arrangements.
