The charter 3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION 3.1. To realize the Association goals according to the Russian regulations the Association must: distribute information about its activities; represent and protect the rights and interests of its members with governmental local authorities and public institutions ; initiate various perspective projects; contribute initiatives to local governmental authorities; act within a commission, stipulated by the RF legislation on NGOs. 3.2.The Association is obliged: to respect the law of the Russian Federation, conventional principles and international law standards concerning the spheres of its activities; to submit information to the Federal Department of Justice in the Tomsk Region about its activities, location, Board and other information included in the State Register annually; to submit annual and quarterly reports and other items to the Tax Committee to the Federal Department of Justice in the Tomsk Region; to permit the officials from the Federal Department of Justice in the Tomsk Region to audit the Association's activity according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
